Torts — invasion of privacy

Gary Bach appeals from an order granting summary judgment to John Kopatich, Robert Kraemer, Debbie Kraemer and Kelly Treece (“the Respondents”). The circuit court concluded that Bach failed to present evidence sufficient to give rise to a genuine issue of material fact as to his claims alleging invasion of privacy and a conspiracy to intercept and disclose oral communications. See Wis. Stat. §§ 995.50 and 968.31(2)(c) (2009-10). We agree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
