Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Samuel L. Booker has appealed from a judgment convicting him of first-degree reckless homicide in violation of Wis. Stat. § 940.02(1) (2009-10). Because we conclude that the trial court properly denied Booker’s presentence motion to withdraw his guilty plea, we affirm the judgment. This opinion will not be published.
