Tax — real estate taxes

Sheila Kronberg appeals a judgment in favor of her siblings for her share of unpaid real estate taxes. She asserts the circuit court erred by including her alleged unpaid 2004 taxes in the judgment and by ordering her to make the payment to her siblings instead of the Oneida County Treasurer’s Office. We agree and reverse and remand with directions. This opinion will not be published.
