Motor Vehicles – OWI — reasonable suspicion

Jeffrey Polak appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon his guilty plea to one count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated as a sixth offense. He claims that the circuit court erroneously denied his motion to suppress evidence. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
