Sexually Violent Persons – discharge

Kevin Haen appeals from a circuit court order denying his Wis. Stat. ch. 980 (2009-10) petition for discharge from his commitment as a sexually violent person. Haen argues that he met the discharge criteria. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
