Criminal Procedure — successive appeals

Aaron C. Lane, pro se, appeals from an order that denied his postconviction motion filed pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10). The circuit court determined that Lane’s claims are procedurally barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). We agree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
