Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Civil
Insurance — other insurance exclusions
Maria Ramirez was severely injured while a passenger in a car driven by Xu Chen when the two were engaged in work for their employer, the Racine Unified School District (the District). Maria and Rodolfo Ramirez appeal from an order determining that the District’s insurer, American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Company, does not provide coverage under an endorsement to the policy that states an employee is insured only if the employee has no other valid and collectible insurance. We conclude that there is no ambiguity in the endorsement excluding coverage when an employee has his or her own insurance. We affirm the circuit court’s order. This opinion will not be published.
