Property — landlord-tenant — eviction

Barbara Schehr appeals a judgment of eviction entered against her for her failure to pay rent and the dismissal of her counterclaim. Schehr argues that the circuit court erred when it rejected her contention that she was entitled to withhold rent due to the landlords’ failure to fulfill their promise to clean up the yard of the rental property and to make certain repairs. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
