Criminal Procedure – jurisdiction — plea withdrawal — ineffective assistance

Danial Klettke appeals a judgment convicting him of one count of first-degree sexual assault of a child and one count of child enticement, as well as an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. He raises a number of issues related to jurisdiction, plea withdrawal, and the assistance of counsel. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
