Sentencing — accurate information

Bernard Shaw appeals from a judgment of conviction for second-degree sexual assault of a child, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 948.02(2) (2001-02). He also appeals from an order denying his postconviction motion for sentence modification. Shaw argues that he was sentenced based on inaccurate information concerning the facts of the assault and that he is therefore entitled to sentence modification. We reject his argument and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
