Clifford and Kimberly Baker, pro se, appeal a small claims judgment in favor of Paul Simon. The Bakers assert the court erred by determining their lease was not modified by a subsequent oral agreement and by denying their compensation request for improvements made to the property. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
