Criminal Procedure — breach of plea agreement

Glenn S. Lale has appealed from an order denying four motions for postconviction relief. In his motions, Lale sought relief under Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10) from a judgment entered in the circuit court in December 2005, convicting him of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI), fifth or greater offense. He also challenged an order entered in the circuit court on Feb. 21, 2007, reconfining him after the revocation of his extended supervision. We affirm the trial court’s order denying postconviction relief. This opinion will not be published.
