Civil Procedure — summary judgment

Bernard Beyer, pro se, appeals from a “final judgment” upon a jury verdict in favor of Jeff Dugan. Beyer also purports to appeal from a prior summary judgment in favor of Joseph Moore and an order dismissing Stewart Title Guaranty Company. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
