Motor Vehicles –reasonable suspicion — stop and detention

The State appeals from an order granting Karen M. Lake’s motion to suppress the evidence obtained as a result of a traffic stop prompted by a telephone tip. The State contends that the circuit court incorrectly determined that the traffic stop was not based upon reasonable suspicion. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
