Torts – causation — expert testimony

State Farm Fire and Casualty Company appeals a judgment, entered on a jury verdict, holding its insured fifty percent responsible for negligence in Timothy Gustafson’s personal injury action. State Farm argues Gustafson’s expert witness was not qualified to testify regarding causation; accident reconstruction expert testimony was required to establish causation; and the verdict was not supported by sufficient evidence. We reject State Farm’s arguments and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
