Undue harshness

Sally J. Linssen appeals from a judgment convicting her of theft and forgery. She argues that she is entitled to resentencing because her sentence to the maximum term of initial confinement was unduly harsh and excessive. We do not agree. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
