Title insurance; duty to defend

Gerard and Kelly Geiger appeal a grant of summary judgment to Chicago Title Insurance Company. The Geigers argue that Chicago Title had a duty to defend and indemnify them under a title insurance policy against claims in a prior boundary line dispute lawsuit. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
