Sentencing
Sentence credit
Joshua G. Towns appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon his guilty plea, on two counts of first-degree intentional homicide as party to a crime. He also appeals from an order denying his motion to modify his sentence and vacating 162 days of sentence credit. The sole issue on appeal is whether the circuit court erroneously vacated the credit. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
