Lindsey Kraig has joined Buelow Vetter Buikema Olson & Vliet LLC. Kraig’s practice focuses on labor and employment law, as well as general school law. She received her law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Joseph LaDien has joined Pitman, Kyle, Sicula & Dentice SC at the firm’s Watertown office. He practices personal injury and general litigation. LaDien earned his law degree in 2008 from Marquette University Law School.

Christopher Anderson and Leslie Tector have joined Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.

Anderson, a senior associate, has experience with hospital physician integration projects including traditional and contractual joint ventures, pay-for-performance and gain-sharing programs, co-management agreements and other partnership opportunities including the use of health information technology as an integrator. Anderson earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law.

Tector, previously senior counsel of research at GE Healthcare in Wauwatosa, focuses her practice on research compliance, regulatory health care and general corporate matters. She earned her law degree from Boston College Law School.

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman announced that Mark Garsombke has joined the firm as shareholder in the Milwaukee office.

In his new position, Garsombke serves as corporate counsel to health care providers, health information exchanges and a variety of Fortune 500 companies. He earned his law degree from the Regent University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 1998.

The firm also announced that Joseph Krause has joined the firm’s Milwaukee office. Krause is a member of the health and business/tax practice groups focusing on legal matters related to business transactions and services, reimbursement and tax and tax exemption. He earned his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School, graduating cum laude in 2011.

The law firm of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek SC announced the addition of several attorneys to its Milwaukee and Madison offices.

Joining the Milwaukee office are Michael McFarlane and Christopher Walker. McFarlane is a member of the worker’s compensation team. He focuses his practice on worker’s compensation defense. He earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School.

Walker is a member of the intellectual property team. He focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation and patent acquisition and prosecution, both domestic and foreign. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School.

Melissa Selinger joins the firm’s Madison office as a member of the trusts and estates team. She focuses her practice on taxation, estate planning and business succession planning for individuals and families. She earned her law degree from Washington University School of Law.

The firm also announced that Ken Nowakowski has been named leader of its consumer financial services team.

Nowakowski is a shareholder in the firm’s Milwaukee office. He has litigated cases in federal and state courts and various appellate courts. Nowakowski’s practice includes arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. He earned his law degree from Northwestern University Law School.

Keith Clifford of Clifford & Raihala SC was elected to the board of directors of the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification, which oversees the National Board of Trial Advocacy. The NBLSC is a nonprofit organization accredited by the American Bar Association to provide national board certification to attorneys based on high standards of excellence, competence and integrity. Clifford is the first attorney from Wisconsin to serve on the NBLSC Board, according to a news release from the firm.
