Charles B. appeals an order terminating his parental rights to Ethan B. Charles argues his trial counsel was ineffective by (1) failing to ask the court to voir dire the jurors about whether they overheard a sidebar, and (2) failing to move for a mistrial based on the cumulative effect of the sidebar and cross-examination comments. In the alternative, he argues he is entitled to a new trial in the interest of justice. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
