Khane Sisongkham appeals an order sentencing him after revocation of his extended supervision and an order denying his motion for a new reconfinement hearing. He argues that the circuit court’s decision denying his motion for a continuance violated his federal and state constitutional right to counsel of his choice and his right to due process of law. This opinion will not be published.
