NGI
Conditional release

Henry Schwab appeals an order committing him to a mental health facility for eighteen months based on a finding that he was not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect (NGI) for a sex offender registry violation.

He argues that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion because there was insufficient evidence to show that
conditional release would pose a significant risk of bodily harm to members of the community.  We reject that argument and affirm the order. Affirmed. This opinion will not be published.
