Search and Seizure
Protective frisks
Felton O. Shands appeals from a judgment entered after the circuit court denied his motion to suppress and he pled no contest to carrying a concealed weapon in violation of Wis. Stat. § 941.23. Shands argues that the police lacked a reasonable belief that he was armed and dangerous when they searched him during a field interview and discovered a concealed weapon. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
