Sufficiency of the evidence

James Thomas Morton appeals his judgment of conviction.

Morton argues that the jury verdict finding him guilty of delivering cocaine to an undercover police officer should be vacated because the State failed to provide sufficient evidence to support the verdict. Morton also argues that the trial court erred when it granted the State’s motion to join two cases against Morton for trial. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
