Obstructing an Officer
Sufficiency of the evidence

Keith A. Stich appeals his conviction for obstructing an officer, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 946.41(1). Stich claims that the State failed to offer evidence sufficient to show that he actually obstructed officers or that he knew the officers were acting in an official capacity. Alternatively, Stich argues that he was denied the effective assistance of counsel due to counsel’s failure to object to the prosecutor’s remarks made in closing argument. We find these arguments unpersuasive, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
