Criminal Procedure
Discovery; speedy trial

Travis Hebert has appealed from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of two counts of delivery of cocaine in violation of Wis. Stat. § 961.41(1)(cm)1r. (2009-10). One of the counts was enhanced as provided in Wis. Stat. § 961.49(1m)(b)6. because it occurred within 1000 feet of a school. We affirm the judgment of conviction. This opinion will not be published.
