Juveniles
TPR; ineffective assistance

Wesley M. appeals a trial court order involuntarily terminating his parental rights to his daughter, Hannah M., and from an order denying his motion for a new trial. Wesley contends that he received ineffective assistance from his trial counsel and that the trial court erred in denying his request to be appointed new counsel or to represent himself. Wesley also contends that he is entitled to a new trial in the interest of justice. We reject Wesley’s arguments. We affirm the orders. This opinion will not be published.
