GREAT FALLS, Mont. (AP) — A driver has been charged with vehicular homicide in a Great Falls vehicle collision that killed a 23-year-old Wisconsin man.
Charging documents from the Cascade County Attorney’s Office say that 29-year-old Loren Joseph Spottedeagle seemed intoxicated after the Saturday crash that killed Jason Jowett of Black River Falls, Wis.
Jowett was a passenger in a pickup truck that was rear-ended by a minivan.
The Great Falls Tribune reports Spottedeagle was not present for his initial court appearance because he is still recovering from his injuries from collision. He was listed in good condition on Monday.
Three others besides Spottedeagle were injured in the crash.
