Jury questions

Paul Kelly appeals a judgment of conviction, entered on a jury verdict, for multiple counts of forgery, uttering a forged writing, unauthorized use of personal identifying information, and felony theft. He contends the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion when answering two questions from the jury during its deliberations. He also seeks a new trial in the interest of justice. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
