I have previously written on the value of finding 50 state survey sites. As I mentioned in my post from June 2008, “[a]nyone who has had to compile one, knows the amount of work involved. So when I find one by a reliable source, I rejoice.”

I have been fortunate to find some great 50 state surveys recently, and thought I’d share a few with you. Please share any that you have found.

American Lung Association – State Legislated Actions on Tobacco Issues (SLATI) State Pages (2011). Information on tobacco control laws and restrictions.

ASCPA – State Animal Cruelty Laws (2011). The researcher needs to select a state to obtain the information.

Insurance Institute for Highway Safety – DUI/DWI Laws (2011). Note: The website does not list the specific statutory sections.
