CHIPPEWA FALLS, Wis. (AP) — A state prison inmate behind bars for sexually assaulting a girl is accused of trying to arrange to have her and another woman killed.

Twenty-seven-year-old Michael Parrish is incarcerated at the Stanley Correctional Institution. He has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree intentional homicide and delivery of a prescription drug.

According to a criminal complaint, a prison informant told state investigators Parrish was looking for someone who could kill two women, ages 20 and 25, from Rusk County. The complaint says the 20 year old is Parrish’s victim, who was 15 at the time of the sexual assault. The other woman was the person who initially reported the crime.

The Chippewa Herald reports prosecutors say Parrish sent some crushed prescription drugs to an undercover agent posing as a hit man as a down payment for the killings.
