Land contracts; assignment; statute of frauds

Donald Jackelen appeals those portions of a judgment and order holding him liable for a deficiency judgment following foreclosure of a land contract. Because we agree with Donald that the assignment of the land contract to him was invalid, we reverse the judgment and order to the extent they hold him liable for the deficiency. This opinion will not be published.
