Remedies
Harassment injunctions

Jerome J. Fabish appeals an order dismissing his petition for a harassment injunction against his neighbor, Kurt Foster. Fabish contends that: (1) the record does not support the circuit court’s decision as a proper exercise of discretion; and (2) Fabish was denied his right to cross-examine one of Foster’s witnesses before the court issued its decision. We reject each of these contentions, and affirm. Background This opinion will not be published.
