Plea withdrawal

Bruce E. Burns appeals from judgments convicting him of several counts of sexual crimes against children and an order denying his postconviction motion to withdraw his no contest plea. Burns contends that he is entitled to withdraw his plea based on newly discovered evidence establishing his plea and conviction resulted in a manifest injustice. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
