Criminal Procedure
Breach of plea agreement

Elbert J. Hughes appeals a judgment of conviction and an order denying his postconviction motion. Hughes argues that the prosecutor’s remarks during sentencing breached the parties’ plea agreement and that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the alleged breach. He also contends that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance by failing to seek an amended plea agreement or plea withdrawal. We disagree with Hughes and affirm the circuit court. This opinion will not be published.
