Juveniles
TPR; abandonment

Andrea O. appeals from a circuit court order terminating her parental rights to Navaeh M.E. on grounds of abandonment. Andrea challenges the sufficiency of the evidence upon which the jury concluded that she did not have good cause for failing to communicate with her daughter. Andrea argues that her incarceration coupled with Navaeh’s young age made communication impossible and, therefore, constituted good cause for Andrea’s failure to communicate. Based on our review of the record, we conclude that there is sufficient evidence to uphold the jury’s determination. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
