Burglary

Samuel Katherine appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon his guilty plea, of one count of burglary to a building or dwelling. He also appeals from an order denying his motion for resentencing. Katherine contends that the circuit court erroneously exercised its sentencing discretion. We reject this argument and affirm the judgment and order. This opinion shall not be published.
