Claim preclusion

Jeffrey Grey and Lori Grey appeal a summary judgment dismissing their claims against Bremer Bank, National Association. The circuit court dismissed the Greys’ claims as barred by claim preclusion. We agree and, therefore, affirm. This opinion will not be published.
