DiRenzo & Bomier, a law firm that has been providing legal services throughout Northeastern Wisconsin for more than 55 years, announces a new collection of oil paintings by Impressionistic artist Judi Ekholm is currently on display in the firm’s art gallery. The collection, called “Vistas and Horizons,” will be on display through Jan. 28, 2011, and is open for public viewing Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Located on the seventh floor of Two Neenah Center in downtown Neenah, the DiRenzo & Bomier art gallery has been showcasing artwork by local and regional artists for more than three years. Exhibits are changed quarterly and all artwork is supplied by Cheryl Dewing of Artwork Unlimited.

Godfrey & Kahn (www.gklaw.com) announces the addition of Alexander W. Hansch to its Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office location.

Prior to joining Godfrey & Kahn, Hansch was an attorney with Meissner Tierney Fisher & Nichols. He focuses his practice on mergers, acquisitions and general corporate matters. Hansch received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School.

The firm also announced the election of Brett D. Koeller and Patrick S. Murphy as the firm’s newest shareholders, effective immediately.

Koeller is a member of the Corporate Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office and has been with Godfrey & Kahn since 2002. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financings and general corporate law concerns. Koeller graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School.

Murphy is a member of the Banking and Financial Institutions Practice Group in the firm’s Milwaukee office and has been with Godfrey & Kahn since 2003. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, bank and bank holding company formations, general securities, financing transactions and regulatory and compliance matters. Murphy graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University Law School.

Davis & Kuelthau announces that John T. Domaszek joined the firm as a litigation associate in its Milwaukee office.

Domaszek has significant experience in the areas of construction, professional liability and business and commercial litigation. Immediately prior to joining Davis & Kuelthau, Domaszek was a litigation associate at the Milwaukee office of Crivello Carlson. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
