Condemnation; voluntary dismissal

Wisconsin Mall Properties, LLC, appeals an order prohibiting it from voluntarily dismissing its condemnation appeal. Mall Properties argues it was statutorily entitled to dismiss its appeal without circuit court permission. We agree and reverse. This opinion will not be published.
