Unemployment compensation insurance; independent contractor classification

Start Renting Inc. appeals from an order affirming a decision of the Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission determining unemployment tax liability. The issue is whether persons classified as employees pursuant to WIS. STAT. § 108.02(12)(a)1 are nevertheless exempt as independent contractors by operation of § 108.02(12)(bm). We affirm. This opinion will not be published. See WIS. STAT. RULE 809.23(1)(b)5.
