Criminal Procedure
New trials; newly discovered evidence

Jonathan Segner appeals from an order denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2007-08) motion for a new trial. Segner argues that newly discovered evidence warrants a new trial and the circuit court erred by denying his motion without an evidentiary hearing. We reject Segner’s arguments and affirm the order. This opinion will not be published.
