Modification

Robert E. Beene appeals a judgment convicting him of one count of substantial battery and one count of intimidating a witness. He also appeals an order denying his motion for sentence modification. He argues that the circuit court’s sentence was excessive and that the circuit court improperly considered the sentencing guidelines when imposing his sentence. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
