Easement by necessity

Thomas and Sandra Jorns appeal a summary judgment dismissing their claim for an easement by necessity over neighboring property. The trial court determined as a matter of law that the Jornses could not meet the requirements for a court-awarded easement by necessity. We agree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
