Torts
Intentional torts; statute of limitations

The circuit court dismissed a complaint brought by Paul A. Butler because it was filed after the two-year statute of limitations of Wis. Stat. § 893.57 (2005-06)[1] expired. Butler appeals, and argues that application of the discovery rule should save his lawsuit. We disagree and, therefore, affirm the order of dismissal. This opinion will not be published.
