Sentencing
New factors; restitution
Michael J. Grabowski appeals the judgment and amended judgment entered after he pled guilty to one count of theft of movable property with a value of between $2,500 and $5,000. See Wis. Stat. § 943.20(1)(a). He also appeals from orders denying his motion for resentencing. Grabowski claims that: (1) he was sentenced on inaccurate information; and (2) the postsentencing determination of restitution was a new factor. We affirm. Publication in the official reports is not recommended.
