Self-defense instruction

Shane Heindl appeals his judgment of conviction for misdemeanor battery, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 940.19(1), on the ground that the circuit court erred in refusing to give a jury instruction on self-defense. We conclude the circuit court did not err and therefore affirm. This opinion will not be published.
