James Donner appeals from a judgment of eviction in favor of Bristol Courts, LLP. Donner contends that that circuit court erred when it denied him the opportunity to testify regarding his physical disability, which thereby prevented him from asserting a defense of "reasonable accommodation" to avoid eviction. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
