Criminal Procedure
Ineffective assistance; jury contamination
Randall Fisher appeals a judgment convicting him of kidnapping, false imprisonment, first-degree sexual assault, possession of a dangerous weapon, and obstructing an officer, together with an order denying his motion for postconviction relief. Fisher argues (1) the court should have granted a mistrial because of jury contamination, and (2) he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
