Ask BILL!, a compilation of great resources gathered by the 7th Circuit library, offers links to several Pattern Jury Instructions. Categories include Federal Pattern Jury Instructions, District Court Pattern Jury Instructions, and Patent Jury Instructions.
Users of the site will find a variety of materials. A small sampling includes the 2008 Model Civil Jury Instructions for the 3rd Circuit, 10th Circuit Criminal Pattern Jury Instructions, Northern District of Illinois Jury Instructions, and the 7th Circuit Final Pattern Patent Civil Jury Instructions from 2008. The site also points to the DOJ’s Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section. Their manual on prosecuting crimes includes a selection of jury instructions.
The 2nd and 4th Circuits do not offer any links. To assist researchers, the librarians have written brief annotations outlining the version and format of the instructions. I appreciate this site because it organizes the material in a single location, providing easy access.
